My data has not reset for the new billing period and i cannot make it update, I have been waiting on hold for over an hr


My data has not reset for the new billing period and i cannot make it update, I have been waiting on hold for over an hr trying to resolve this. My data plan was to reset as of sept 6...its now been 18 hrs into the 6th and i still have no data access unless I purchase more data.

I believe there closed by now and your data will reset at midnight, at least mine does.

Hi Mike,

"0 days remaining" means that you still need to go through the day before everything resets. Perhaps this is why you may be confused?
