My cell is not working with my apt buzzer system

When I receive a call from the apt buzzer system I press 9 but it doesn't open the lobby door.

I have complained to the super but she says it is my provider.

Other tenets in this building are having the same issue

Another option is to contact the company that manages your building. The intercom/door buzzer system may have been upgraded or was changed, requiring a different method to open the lobby door.
