My Brand new LGG3 won't send screen shots


My brand new LG g3 wont send screen shot pics. I get the message my message wasn't supported and was deleted

what are you pressing to take a screen shot?

In order to send a picture message data must be enabled on your phone, other wise it will not work.

my mom who has iPhone 4 didn't get it, my sister who has the same phone as me didn't get the pic. But my Half sister who has a iPhone 5 something got the pic

Maybe its your mom and your sister who have their data turned off.
Your half sister might have it turned on and thats why she got it.

So got a new phone with my warranty... Same issue with the screen shot text messages... Really missing the iphone now

if you got an entirely new phone with the identical issue then chances are you just are not doing something correctly.

So to take my screen shot. I press the power button and the volume down button at the same time to take my screen shot. Once the screen shot has been taken. I go into my text chat contacts. I select the person I want to send the text to. I then click the paper clip and select image. I then select the image from the screen shot ablum. Once I select the image. The screen then takes me to my contact and attaches the picture.I then press send
