My billing date is 7th of evey month as my plan started on this date but from past 2 months i have been charged late fee why ?

Download your ebill. Are you sure its a late fee and not a overage charge? As well your ebill eill tell you the bill date and date that it needs to be paid before a late fee applies.
From the time I got my plan I have paid on 5th or 6th of every month but from past 2 mnths late fee is charged

@Chasanpreet, your due date for payment is the 31st of ever month. This is last month's SMS where we mentioned the due date. 


If payment came past that date, it explains the late fee.
but what about my previous bills nd always I get billing message on 5 or 6 date

If you are paying your bills before the 31st and still incurring late fees, then you are either not paying them fully, or you missed a payment one month.

no I paid all my bills fully

Also, remember that it can a day or two for payments via credit card to post , so I would avoid paying them right on the due date. I would pay them a few days earlier at the very least.

That is true. 🙂 However your July bill had a balance forward and the late payment fee showed up on your August bill.
