Question

My bill jumped by $15 this month and had never previously changed. What happened? No extra usage or anything. I have checked.

I have never seen my bill change. I didn't think they were able to increase without telling me. I don't understand what this changes and I cannot locate any information. I cannot locate a number to call someone either.

Obviously something happened. Check page 3 of your bill in Self Serve for a breakdown of charges. Then if you need help understanding what happened, you can call customer service at 1-866-995-6636.
