My bill is too high


I started my account on the 26th of Oct and it started with 3 days of activation and then the plan started. I later canceled my account with Koodo on the 10th of Nov (In the middle of the payment cycle) but I have been billed for the activation days and a full month. Can this be fixed?

Did you say to cancel at the end of the billing cycle or immediately?
I changed to Virgin and they canceled my Koodo account for me but I am sure that they said that it was canceled immediately.

If you ported over to Koodo then yes it should be pretty quick and not go to the end of the month. You can try sending a private message to koodo's Facebook page to see about getting the difference refunded.

Depending on your plan, if you canceled mid billing period the proratation could have caused you to have overage with minutes and data.
