** Motorola Moto G dialer issue FIX **

** SOLUTION** OK people the official fix we just received from koodo tech is to head to your local koodo kiosk and grab a new SIM Card and swap the SIM on self serve by going to mobile phone - change phone and inputting the new SIM Card number into the line provided and submit the change. Then take the new SIM Card and put it into the phone and when it becomes active in about 15 minutes your phone will be fixed. So basically swap out your SIM Card for a New one and your issue should be resolved 🙂

NP Thanks to the tech who figured this out as we were all racking our brains trying to solve this one, I was on the right track after the simple solutions but didn't have an affected device to test my theories first hand. So give the tech who figured it out a very big thank you.

Update was just pushed out today to the Moto G that fixes all the issues ppl have reported in this forum, do head into the settings and check for the update if you haven't been notified yet.
