Moto X Play screen blinking

My Moto X Play screen is blinking every 2 seconds when I turn it on with the power button.
It will blink until I restart it.  Then it's good for about 24 hrs and It starts to blink again.
Tried all restarts/resets/clearing cache nothing works.  Sent the phone in for repair and they told me it was re-flashed(Their exact words at Koodo).  Got it home tonight same problem so I assume its a hardware problem.  What should I do?  I'm really not happy as the loaner phone they gave me was a really crappy Samsung grand prime and I had it for over 10 days I cant go through that again. When Motorola gets the phone they turn it on and it works fine for 24 hrs. So they send it back.  They are not fully testing the hardware because it appears to not have a problem until you start using it.  What to do?????

Sorry to hear -- I would take a video of the issue (ie. borrow a friend's phone and video your own phone while the screen is blinking), and post it somewhere that Motorola and/or Koodo can see it.
Thanks, I did that so I can show Koodo not sure how I could show Motorola though.

I suggest contacting Motorola directly to discuss about the issue. My colleagues at the kiosk can also write detailed memos about what's going on with the phone if you send it to repair again.  Best of luck!

I hear you Ronnie!  In this case it's best to send the phone in repair again and have the representative write detailed information about the issue that you're having in the repair request.  I'm confident Motorola will find a solution especially if they see that you're sending the phone for repair 2 times for the same issue. Best of luck!

Hi Ronnie, There is now a new way of diagnosing your phone in the kiosk. It is called MCE diagnostic. I'd recommend going back to the kiosk and get it checked by using the MCE machine. It will then print out a summary that will say what the problem is. I'm not sure if all kiosk has this though. Hope this helps.
They would have no idea what this in Halifax they don't want to provide any help at all it was a real effort to get them to send the phone in for repair the first time . I find the employees pretty lazy in Halifax it's a real effort to get them to do or explain anything.
