Moto G suddenly lost access to cell network

Moto G suddenly lost access to cell network. Emergency calls only and data only works with wi-fi on. No other phone so I can't call tech support. Help!

Try restarting your phone and popping the Sim card out and back in. If its still doing that see if anything pops up in manual network selection. If still nothing, you can use a VoIP app to call tech support or go to a Koodo store. Have you had the phone for less than one year ?

Hi Jason, Try downloading an app called Fongo. The app will allow you to make calls over Wi-Fi. You'll have to call Koodo's toll free number: 1-866-995-6636. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fongo.dellvoice Rebooting the phone may fix the problem. Are you up to date with your payments to Koodo?
Third reboot was the charm.  Seems to be working again.  I'll keep my fingers crossed, thank you.
