Mobile network state: Disconnected


My mobile network state says its disconnected, so I can't use data/text etc. It has 3 bars and was working properly until some time last night. I've tried manually setting network operator, removing sim, restarting phone etc and nothing has worked

Where are you? Is your phone bill up to date?
Thanks, turned out to be a billing issue. Koodo decided to cut my service despite me being $150 away from the point where they say they'll cut it

They usually notify you with texts and want not before taking action. Sounds like your on a spending limit and the 'point' in question could be unbilled usage. http://help.koodomobile.com/my-bill/spending-limit-program/what-is-the-spending-limit-program
