Mobile data worked on IPhone but not Samsung Note 3?


I previously had an iPhone 5s, and switched sim cards to a Samsung Note 3, however, for some reason I am not able to go on mobile data with the Note 3. I'm wondering if this is because the data is specific to my iPhone, or possibly Koodo doesn't support that phone (since I don't see it in the phones category). Please help!

Apple is not same software if you are receiving this error may do to software tray reset your phone
if that doesn't work tray hard ware reset if nothing
your phone my need a flash

Check your APN http://aide.koodomobile.com/Portals/0/Phones/PDFFiles/Android.pdf You may have to 6-1-1 Koodo to make sure your imei (phone serial number) is registered for data. Just swapping a SIM often works for voice/text but you won't get data until it is enabled by the mothership.
