Mobile App doesn't save pre authorized payment info


My pre authorized payment info in the mobile app is not updating/saving - yet when I go to self serve through Google, my information is updated/correct. What do I do? I even entered my credit card info again, but doesn't resolve...

Good morning, The app is being discontinued so that could very well be the issue uberleaffan. You can delete the app and just make a shortcut to the web version on your Homescreen because that's what's going to be the way Koodo is going about self serve now.
