Mistake with my first name spelling


The representative made a mistake with my first name spelling, I tried to call the customer service to correct it, but I did not know which option to choose.

Hello Harith,

You have to choose option 5, which is for account changes. Or alternatively, you can visit a Koodo kiosk with a proper ID and they will help you.
Thank you Elizabeth, I chose 5 but then I have more five options.
