Self serve app shows my limit at 30 minutes while the plan has 300 (shows in the details on the self serve website)

Did you just sign up, Nico? In that case, your minutes are prorated and you probably only have 3 days left in your current billing cycle. It'll turn to 300 minutes next month, no worries 🙂

Is this your first month or have you recently changed plans?

I'm assuming you just became a customer This is due to proration. Since koodo bills in advance (just like every other carrier) they have to start your month with a few days and then set your billing cycle. In this case 300minutes / 30 days = 10 minutes per day So you have three days until your billing cycle hits and you'll have your full 300 minutes Also your first bill is going to be looking wacky. You'll be billed for the first few days and then the next month. So your first bill will be slightly higher than you might expect.
Oh, will I have to pay for these 3 days or is it just extra?

Yup your plan is 1.33 per day plus any tab charges if applicable. So 3.99$ extra plus tax etc.
