Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the 10% only applies to new customer? existing customer who changes their phone without buying any one of Koodo's phone won't be eligible for that 10% off.

Hey Jemmy, anyone can qualify for the 10% off discount as long as you have a positive tab balance. New members can choose to receive the discount or collect the tab and use that towards a new phone.

I called Koodo service when I noticed my Tab was growing, so I was in positive territory.  No longer is the 10% discount offered on monthly fees.  Now the Tab just continues to grow to force you to buy a new phone from Koodo.

No, it means paying off your tab and actually upgrading your phone to a new one on a new tab.

I usually buy my SIM cards from eBay... most are offered around $5-7 (even the prepaid ones) but of course if anything is wrong with them, I can't complain to Koodo...
