Messaging Problem

Hey, I am having trouble sending and receiving messages. There is no way that I can send or receive a message "no option is available". Its been two weeks now.

Have you tried doing a battery / SIM Pull While the device is on take out the battery then SIM Card and wait for a minute or so then replace them both and try the phone again.

What is the model of your Android phone? When you say "no option is available", are you seeing that on your phone? From what app?
