Press and hold the dedicated task manage button. ( situated in the area below your screen, to the left of your home button ).
Keep it pressed for about 1 second and the menu will appear.

That's really strange. I was able to get it to work on my Galaxy S5 with the instructions provided by Chad. I would suggest giving a call to our tech team at *611 option 6 and having them give it a go 🙂.

If the menu doesn't show up when you hold down the recent apps key in certain apps, look for 3 dots lined up vertically, usually off to the side, corners, etc. That acts as the menu button for a lot of apps since menu keys are virtually non existent these days.
So there for the S5 neo doesn't have a menu button ... there's a great design feature.

There is always a way to access an options menu built into the app.
Normally in the form of three dots in one of the corners of the screen.
The more buttons on the face of the screen, the less visually appealing it is.

This is why almost every phone doesn't have any buttons on the face, or just one.

In the following picture you can see the s5 "hidden menu button"
But it is pretty much useless as the three dots in the top right do the exact same function.

I've successfully found the menu button on the Samsung galaxy S5 Neo!!! In order to access this super secret function you have to hold the back arrow key for 2 seconds.
Thanks. I had the same problem with my neo and that worked. Great job
Open Sky Map on a S5 Neo (NEO!) and try to find the menu with the search function. No way, holding the back arrow key on the right pops up the desktop screen with the widget available. No menu button at all.
