I was contacted by the bot or person saying that if I don't top up before 90 days, my account will be deactivated... After 90 days passed, I finally got a top up card. Would I be able to use the top up card? Or do I need to get a new SIM card?

If 90 days has passed, you will need a new SIM card, and you will be assigned a new phone number. You can then use the top-up voucher for your new account.
