LTE in Lethbridge

Koodoo uses LTE frequencies of 1700 and 2100.  My phone works on LTE: 800/1800/2100/2600MHz.  Why can't I get 4G on my phone?

because they use those two frequencies together not separated. so you would need both 2100 and 1700 megahertz band. This is also known as AWS or band 4
thank you.  I was thinking that these are unique frequencies not banded.
Just a side note, in Lethbridge the 700 and 1900 MHz bands are used as well (though it doesn't apply to you in this situation, it may help you or others in the future.)

There is always a down link and up link when it comes to mobile connectivity. Thankfully HSPA on Telus / Koodo has excellent speeds. I don't even bother with LTE because of that. Telus picked up 700mhz nationwide so there's that as well.
