LTE DOESN'T WORK.Maybe koodo can activate this or not?


I just changed to this new plan 40$/month and i have a problem when i activated my LTE it doesn't work.Can koodo disactivate and activate this option?

No, it's not something Koodo activates, Hamzah, it depends on the phone and location whether you have LTE or not.

If you have any data working at all (3G & your email and browsing works) the service is not something that Koodo can switch off and on on their end.

Check your mobile network preferences to see if LTE is enabled or if the phone is limited to WCDMA/GSM.

If you mean data in general then some ppl switching to accounts that have data included have found that their account has a data block on it so log into your self serve online and check under plans and add-ons that you don't have a data block placed on the account.
