My kid lost his phone is there a way to GPS it?

Only if you've installed/setup a tracking application.

Depends what phone it is and it's settings. You have to provide more details than "my kid lost his phone"
Samsung Galaxy Ace II he has no data plan but able to connect to WIFI.
And Why doesn't Koodo have a customer service number that actually connects you to a real person?

Because as a low cost service provider, they have chosen to provide a forum such as this one, staffed by volunteers to answer most questions. You can call the numbers listed in the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of each page to reach their customer support line.

While we cannot help you track down your phone if you haven’t already installed a tracking application, we can help you secure your account from unwanted charges and flag your son’s phone as lost. 

You have various options for flagging your phone. First would be on your Self-Serve (Mobile phone—Lost Stolen Phone). 

Another option would be by calling us at *611 from a Koodo phone or at toll-free 1-866-995-6636 from any other line and choose the option for Lost/Stolen from the menu.

Also, if you would like to speak directly with one of our representatives, you can reach us at the above mentioned numbers.

Our hours of operation are:
Monday to Friday: 10am - 9pm 
Saturday & Sunday: 9am - 7pm
