Long distance do not get summarized in Airtime summary


As a consumer, I am forced to manually track 100 LD minutes. Airtime summary includes total minutes clocked during a cycle but doesn't specifically categorized long distance minutes. 

When I clicked on details of airtime summary and choose option to display long distance minutes; the query comes out blank. 

Please let me know if your IT team can do anything about it.

Under the Airtime usage circle there is a link to view more details.

Click that and there is a drop down to show long distance only


It doesn't work. Before posting my complain, I have already tried it. 

I wish I could paste screen shot or send it an attachment.

Shoot.  I should read more clearly.  I wonder if anyone else has this issue or has it working for them?
Have you got anything further? When choosing "All Activities", I can only get records for local incoming and outgoing calls. Any numbers with non-local area codes for the parties I called and for the parties calling me are not listed at all. Toll-free numbers are not listed either. I have all  records on the handset but I need to download the list.
