Login problem


Can't login to self serve. says wrong password/username. So I reset password to same password it should be, says can't use last password, Change password to new password, after activation@login attempt it says new password is wrong. Make new account (incase wrong email) says email already in use.

I assume that you have previously had no issues and aren't registering? If you cannot get it to reset, you'll probably have to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook or DM via Twitter to get your account reset so you can get it going again

Danny, I see multiple pending profiles in your account, but one active one that matches the email address you used to log into this community. Looks like last successful login was in October. If password reset didn't work, shoot us a private message on Facebook. One of our agents will validate you as the account owner and help reset your password, plus remove the other profiles that aren't needed and may be causing issues with logging in.
