login error


Everytime I login on my phone I get "doesn't match our records" and I know my records are correct.

Are you using the good combination? If the system says that it can't be wrong...

Worst case after triple checking and that there's no old "remember my password" doing some autofill you can reset your password.
It autofills with old info and I enter the new parameters but still get error.

Have you tried forgot my password?
Whenever I do that I have to come up with a new password. I went to settings and advanced settings and change password autofill where I removed Koodo.. I re-entered my e-mail and password and voila they were accepted.
