Logged in cannot see account information

Can log in to my prepaid account, but cannot see account information ( get a yellow screen) or add on data. Get an 'error with log in' message. Log in again same thing happens. Frustrating....

Hi Drdogca . Try clearing your browsers cookies, history and cache and see if that helps. If not try a different browser.

Hey there! Can you make sure that you are logging in with the prepaid selfserve https://prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.com/ website and not the postpaid one? The add ons on the screenshot are add ons that can only be added on with our monthly service.  Keep us posted!
