locked out of account


I am switching over to Koodo from Rogers, so i creeated a new account in store and was only given the account number so i could go a head and order a phone/ plan through koodo online. It locked me out of my account, after waiting 56 minutes on the phone to speak to someone i hung up and went to bed. tried to log back in this morning and i am still locked out. Need to get logged in so i can get a phone shipped asap

Order the phone from the webstore without trying to log in. You can specify everything you want at that time When you get your phone and sim you can call in to activate and then log into your account. If you don't want to wait for your phone you could visit a store and get your account activated on a new SIM card then when your phone arrives you just pop it in and go. Hope this helps
