My LG G6 is new from August 2018 and the vibration mode doesn't work most of the time.
When i reboot the phone it works for a couple times then stops working fairly fast.

What should I do? Can I get a new phone?

Thanks

You'll only get a new phone if LG determines that it's uneconomical to repair under warranty. For the issue that you are describing, I doubt that. But it should at least be repaired.

Have you tried performing a factory reset on the device?

Will they repair it or just give him a refurb?

Whatever is more economical is usually how it goes.

Before sending it in for repair, use the supplied LG backup app to clone your data and settings onto an SD card. The interface is clunky and it seems to take a long time, but it can be a life-saver if service decides to swap your phone for a refurb unit.
