Lg g3 dropping calls or cant hear me


I bought an lg g3 from koodo in September 2015. I am really regretting my purchase. After two weeks, the phone kept dropping calls, the person on the other end can't hear me but I can hear them, and it can barely be used inside of buildings. The phone has already been replaced and the issue is still occuring. I am so tired of Koodo and I want out!!!! Has anyone experienced this issue?

If the same issue occurs even when you use the replaced phone, I think the problem has to do with Koodo network. Have you checked (http://help.koodomobile.com/coverage-long-distance-and-travelling/coverage-maps) to make sure that your area is well covered?
I am covered in my area. I have been a koodo customer since May 2008 and I live centre city. I have had zero issues with coverage on my previous phones and I was often amazed with my previous devices and their signal capability. My husband also uses a koodo cell ( iphone) and has no issues. Its just this type of phone.

I'm not a technician so I don't know if I can be of any help to you but maybe try putting the phone in an airplane mode for a while or even factory reset the phone? You can also try turning off Voice Enchantment in Call Settings. If nothing works, inserting new SIM card could be one of the options.
Same thing happened to me. Replaced the lg g3 with another one and it still happened. Got the Samsung s5 neo and its still happenin . I'm so frustrated
What OS version are you on?  I've heard it has something to do with that.  I am having the same problem.
