LG G2 Network Issues


I moved an LG G2 phone over from Rogers about two months ago. It didn't automatically configure the network so I manually added the settings. Things were working for a while but after going on vacation my phone was cut off. I reinstated my account and since then I have noticed three issues: (1) After connecting to wifi, not only data but also network service turn off (2) When the phone is idle for a length of time the network disconnects but reconnects within a few seconds after turning the screen on. (3) Network mode keeps defaulting to WCDMA only every time I set it to GSM/WCDMA/LTE auto. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Hi Andrew, Try rebooting, taking out battery, SIM, SD everything and retry everything. According to your description of your devices status currently, I don't think this is a software problem. But because this is about network connections, I think it could have something to do with Koodo's system as well. If this g2 worked just fine at Rogers, it should hold up. I would recommend calling Customer service. Hope this helps:)
