I want to cancel my koodo account soon because I am leaving the country. I have a negative tab balance that will be added to my next and final bill. Will I still get service until my next billing period or will it stop immediately? I want to get cancelling my account out of the way but don't want to be without service for too long.

Typically service will be cancelled once you call them to cancel it, however if you tell them you want the service to continue until the end of your billing cycle, I believe they can set that up for you. For either option tho, you will need to contact Koodo by dialling *611 from your mobile device.
