Koodoo didn't add my international roaming on self serve.


Ten days after I added roaming they sent me an email saying it was activated that day! The trip is over. Added it the 8th. Koodo is saying they activated on the 18th!

It may just be a glitch in the email system. Best to call Koodo later on today (after 10am). We don't have access to your account here so we can't really see what's going on or what happened. *611 from your Koodo phone . It's free.
