Koodo plan: my phone couldnt send or recieve phone calls and texts. Is there a way i can be warned if this happens again?


Koodo plan just started 5 days ago: my phone couldnt send or recieve phone calls and texts. Is there a way i can be warned if this happens again? So i dont miss something important and so people can get ahold of me if needed. I have a lg k4 (2017)

Since there is no way Koodo can know if your phone ceases to work, there is no way to pre-emptively warn you of this condition.

If connectivity is extremely important for you, you should have a backup plan in place to cover such contingencies.

Hi Haley, Did you fix the issue and are now able to send and receive texts or did you need help with that? If you did fix the issue what caused or rectified the issue for you?

No i had gotten a new number. Ive only had it less then a week. And i just had gotten a new phone about a month ago
