Koodo... LTE.. help...


my telus phone and service was on Lte 95% of the time.. I switched to koodo and I'm on LTE 5% of the time.. is this normal?

No it's not normal. Koodo and Telus have the same network...
Any ideas of what the problem could be?

Is it the same phone with a different carrier or you switched the phone too?
Same phone, it's a note 3 SM-900W8

Honestly, I feel like it's not my area of expertise .. In my head it should work fine. Did you try doing a hard reset to your phone by removing the SIM card? 
Yes.. and I did a factory reset

I would try a new Sim card and make sure it is a LTE card.
