Koodo incoming/outgoing phone problems...texting is fine (April 17/17)


Does anyone know if there is something going on with the koodo network?  I'm no longer able to get or receive phone calls.  Texting works fine though.  I have a LG Power X.  I am a monthly customer.  I've powered off my phone and removed and reinserted my sim card.  I checked the available networks and koodo is displaying LTE and WCDMA.  There are bars showing on the signal strength.  My account is in good status.  When I reboot the phone it temporarily shows no service available and then connects to koodo.  When I try to retrieve my voice messages, it never rings and then it hangs up displays a "No Mobile Network Available" message.

Might be worth a PM through Koodo's Facebook page to see if there is something on the go with the provisioning of your account.
