Koodo data outage in gatineau? It's been hours with out service.

Nobody has mentioned it, James. What exactly does your phone say? What plan are you on?

@Skyler,
   Have you tried restarting your phone, making sure data is on, and if both of those steps fail, removing and reseating your SIM?

Usually an outage includes both data and voice.

I've tried all except removing the sim. I've even tried resetting the APN.

    Making such changes won't make any difference when there is a stated outage in your area.

Well I'm connected to koodo with no signal now.
Never mind I still have no cell service or data.
When will the problem be fix?
