I subscribed to a promo offer of Koodo ($10 off their $48 plan for 12 months) in December in Saskatoon. It's now April, and no I am still being charged $48+tax. The first month I called Koodo, and they said the promotion will kick in from 2nd month. I called Koodo again in the 2nd month, and again the same reply, promotion will kick in from 3rd month. I called again in 3rd month, and again the same reply, promotion will kick in after 3rd month. What a way to defraud customers... had been a very happy Koodo customer for 3-4 years, but this experience has led me to hate this company. Worse still, I created an online profile (self-serve) to see my bills etc. Worked like a charm initially, but now I can't access anything in there. Overview says I have nothing due, Billing just brings up a video explaining some shit, while all other columns are blank. Called tech support, they tried a soft fix which didn't work, and they haven't called me back since. As much as I used to love Koodo and recommend it to friends and family, I abhor this company now for it's cheating practices.
BEWARE EVERYONE... I believe this is another fraud company!
