Koodo app
Please Koodo bring back your app.. All carriers have one .. even prepaid.. Its nicer to use than running a browser.. Its also easier for me as a person with a disability.
Koodo will not be bringing back the app. The site is optimized for mobile use. If i may ask what specifically about your disability makes it harder to use a Web page than an app?
When I'm on the self serve part of the site it's exactly the same as the desktop version. How do I get the mobile version

I would like an app too. Enjoyed Rogers app, easier to navigate than a webpage, better features and easier to find like my usage etc
Rather have the option to use PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay to make payments. That would be pretty cool.
For anyone on Android, you can use an app called Hermit Lite to create an app that wraps the mobile site (and any others you may like). I wrote up a guide a while back on how to app-ify the Public Mobile self-serve site and community--the process is the same but just different URLs:

I have since used it to wrap Koodo self serve and community (though admittedly I usually just browse the community on my laptop).
Here's how the self-serve account looks:
And the community:
And here you can see them in my "recents"/multi-tasking window, showing up as independent apps like the others visible in the background (WhatsApp and BBM, in this case, though I have more back there too 😉 ):
So, it looks and feel like a regular app, really.
