j3 cant use mobile datat


J3 cant use mobile data - no data block - nothing overdue bill just cycled yesterday. Tried turnining on and off multiple times, pulled battery out, mobile network is on. APN set to default. Cant sign in using FB

Did you use the J3 before, Jeffrey? There are many different versions of that phone and some (probably Chinese) versions might not work with Koodo at all...
No i had S3, this model is j320w8

Did you receive a new SIM card when you got the new phone ? It's possible something went wrong with the set up. Try removing the SIM card then reboot the phone and re insert he SIM again. Hope that helps.
