It wont let me log into my account.

I first tried to log into on my koodo self serve app but it said my email wasn't registered which is weird because that's my only email. I then went online on to my laptop which then sent me to the security question part I thought to myself that this was easy since all my security answers were the same so I won't have to remember a bunch of them but I guess I forgot that to or something because it kept being wrong! I even changed cap locks and numbers and spell and nothing. Need help!

If you cannot remember your password or security questions you'll have to call in to have it all reset. 611 from your phone
