it's a g5 anyway I activated it added my mins but it still is not let me message or call can some one help me please


phone not work even when I got koodo SIM card and it's a koodo phone I actived it and added mins but still not working can some one tell me please I have restated it and ever thing all ready

Yea yes it's a koodo phone already and yes I actived SIM and add the 55 plan said everything was good but it still not working

it showed me my number my plan said it was active every thing like that

Does it show Koodo as the network, or does it say "no service"? Also, did you just get the phone, or have you had it for a while? In only asking because of you purchased it used, it could be blacklisted.
I try to put it on koodo net work it won't do it and no I got rhe phone bran new was on Contract but I got the pay as go to it from same place koodo they said them self before I even spent money on SIM and mins that big wasn't black listed and that I could do what I want with it meaning the SIM amd 55 monthly plan

Hmm. I would send Koodo a private message on Facebook or Twitter. They can look at your account and make sure everything is ok on that end. If it is, then it's a phone or sim card issue.
Ok how do I get a hold of them right now it won't let me call 611 on phone

You can also call them at 1-866-995-6636, but I believe they are "closed" until tomorrow morning (including FB and Twitter).
