I ordered my phone over a week ago, and it hasn't been shipped yet. I'm getting my new phone because my current one was broken. I went into the store to get the new phone but the store rep convinced me to get the LG G5 which I had to order online. He assured me I would get it the NEXT DAY. I have called the webstore every day for the past 3 days and left voicemails never getting through. No one ever responded to me. My dad (who's name is on the account) sent an email and received a response saying that even now a week later the phone had not been shipped but will be in the next 2 business days. It might not be until Monday that the phone gets shipped, and then it is going to be another 3-5 business days until I get my new phone. That means I still might not get my phone for another week, when I was told that shipping was fast. I was ready to settle for a different phone in store that day but I was talked out of it. I have never been so frustrated with Koodo. I recommend them to everyone but this is insane. I will never recommend anyone buy a phone online through Koodo if they are expecting to get it fast.
