Isn't there a phone number I can call for help?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wrong dates listed under Data Usage/WI-FI on my Google Nexus 5. What does this mean? Should it be corrected? If yes, how?

What do you mean "wrong dates listed...."? Do you want to change data usage cycle on your phone?

The dates indicated in the ''Data Usage'' is set at default when given and you can modify it based on your billing cycle. It has to be modified manually by the phone user.

For Nexus 5, you can go in the phone [b]Settings,
Select [b]Data Usage under Wireless & Networks. Select Data usage cycle timeframe. Swipe the right side of the orange bar up and down to set the data usage warning.  Swipe the right side of the red bar up and down to set data usage limit. Mobile data connection is disabled when the specified limit is reached.  Make sure that [b]Set Mobile data limit is turned [b]on.

That is not the problem. The incorrect dates are under Data Usage/WI-FI. The date says Jun 16 - Jul 14 and I cannot change it. If I scroll the page and open any app., I see that same date.

Is the Data Usage/Wi-Fi page the same as the one below?

If not, can you please printscreen the page so that we can check?

This is similar to my Data Usage/ Cellular screen. Those dates are fine. The trouble is with my Data Usage/WI-FI screen. Further, this is my laptop. How do I send you a print screen from my phone?

To take a [b]screenshot on most [b]Android phones, press and hold the power (or Home button in my case with S4) and volume down buttons at the same time. First, go to the [b]screen that you want to capture an image of. Once there, press and hold the power and volume down buttons at the same time until your [b]screen flashes. The screenshot will be saved in your gallery. You can connect your phone via USB to laptop and transfer the phone to your folder. We will be able to view what is the issue with data/wi-fi usage. Other than that, the best option would be to get help from Koodo rep.

Great, thanks and I presume that Jun 16 - July 14 isn't the billing cycle. You just need to click the arrow beside Jul 14 and select '"Change cycle" to set it up correctly based on your bills, the start date is the "Reset date". Both data usage and wi-fi will be assigned same cycle you have chosen. If I misunderstood, then please explain further. To call Koodo Customer Service, you just dial *611. Hope everything works out.
When I click on the arrow beside July, the dates become larger, but no other dates or windows appear as they do when I click the date under cellular data.

Click the[b] three dots icon that is top-right corner of the screen and find settings or something similar (I do not have a Nexus 5 unfortunately).

The Wifi usage is just what goes over your home Internet,  not tracked by Koodo.
It would normaly have the same cycle as your Cellular.

Is there some reason why you would want to track wifi ?

Just wondering why the date is not the billing date. Does it affect something and should it be changed?

It should be changed because the total usage wouldn't be accurate. Wi-fi usage isn't important for billing.

Wi-fi Data usage has nothing to do with your Koodo billing date as Koodo does not see it.
Only cellular Data is tracked by Koodo.
As long as your cellular Data date is correct that is all you need to worry about. It is really only for your information to help you stay under your Data limit.

I just want to stress importantance of Spence's post. As Spence wrote, phone data is for informational purposes ONLY, to help you stay under limit. Koodo data usage, is what you are billed, always and without exception.
