Is there any setting on the Koodo network that might be blocking unlisted numbers?

I haven't heard from a technician with a company I have contacted, the receptionist asked if my phone can receive blocked numbers? As far as I know it can, but when I had my husband try *67 followed by my phone number, he got a message saying my number is not in service. Is there a setting on the Koodo network that I need to change? I turned the auto-block feature off in my settings on my Samsung Galaxy Ace II x.

Hey Amy 🙂 *67 is for blocking outgoing call display on a per call basis on a CDMA phone. Please note that we cannot block calls specifically. If you would like to block some phone numbers. You can do this from your Samsung Galaxy Ace II X settings: 1) Open the "Contact" page. 2) Select a number from the list. 3) Press the "Menu" key and Add to reject list. Can your husband call other numbers? Are you able to make and receive calls? Keep us posted! *********************************************** If you see a good answer, give it a star.
