Is my bill paid or not?


So I paid my bill for last month, because my notifications I get are for the previous month, then next month I will get my bill for this month. I paid for my bill but it still says I owe money. I have paid for the same bill twice. Why does it say not paid?

Have you reviewed your bill in Self-serve? That is the most accurate presentation of your bill.

If you paid your bill through online banking, it will take time to process. (3 to 5 days)
So, it will be awhile to see updated amount appear on your self serve.
Yes but it is the second time a paid it, the other time was December 19. I thought it was paid then but I looked at it today and it says it was not. So I paid for it again today.

Did you pay close to bill due date? It might have just assumed that you didn't pay and you can ignore it. However, if in your self-serve it still says that amount owing is the same, and you have two payments showing up on your bank account or credit card, you can show that you did make two payments.
I paid it later then usual, but still before the due date. I have the two payments showing that I made to Koodo.The first payment I made was December 19 and the date was December 28th. The second was today December 27 and the due date is December 28th. So both payments were before the 28th even if it was the day before.
