international data problem

I'm very disappointed! I bought the international data, minutes and texts and I can't even use data. I've tried everything but nothing works. Not only is it expensive, but also not functional. Can you please help me make it work ASAP!?

Did you add the free international voice roaming add on to your account? If not do so via self serve and restart your device.
