International Combo - No Service


I know this issue has been brought up before, but none of turning off and on, removing and reinserting SIM card, turning airplane mode on and off, etc. have done anything. I purchased the $40 international combo 2 days ago but have no service in London, UK. Phone is a Moto X Play. Thanks for any help.

Hello there.

It is very important to add the add-on before arrival and also add these: International voice roaming 0$ and international data roaming 0$ (if you want to use your mobile data)! Everything can be done easily via your Account Self-Service http://koo.do/1dwzwBg.

OK I grabbed them, after a bit of a hunt I might say. Definitely not intuitively obvious how to add them. Now we await the results. Thanks very much for the help.

Don't forget to reboot the phone after doing the add-ons.
