Intermittent data service

I’ve been experiencing intermittent data outages over the past few days when out of WiFi range.  My spouse also with Koodo has noticed the same thing, as well as my sister, also a Koodo customer.

Has anyone else been noticing this?  I’ve not experienced this previously.

In my area, the signal has been great and improved overtime.

I would suggest you reset the network settings of the phone and see if thing improves. There are  many possible reasons for it(bad tower signal, local outage, or new surrounding building, etc...).

If others are experiencing it too then it may be a tower outage.  Enter your address in the link to see if there is an active outage
