Information Overload

Like everything else, when you sign up for a new phone, it’s information overload.  There’s always so much to do and so many pamphlets etc.  Wouldn’t it be great if there was ONE big checklist of things to do???!!!  There should be one for the customer and there should be one for the customer service agent.  That way, we’d feel more confident knowing that we’re getting great service and that we’re all up-to-date.  This is my idea and I would be thrilled to see it implemented.  Cheers, Sherry aka “Queen of Lists”!

I agree. That being said, this could be difficult from a logistics perspective due to the various devices available. Maybe Koodo can consider 1 pamphlet for each OS (i.e. 1 for iOS, 1 for Android, etc).
