Incredible deterioration of service.


I am astounded by the deterioration of what was formerly excellent customer service. A wait time of one %^$## hour. What the heck is going on? Yesterday i asked for a call back and haven't had one yet. I am awfully close to cancelling my service and encouraging any of my acquaintances who use Koodo to do the same.

I don't blame you for wanting to leave Koodo! Fido and Virgin both offer the exact same pricing as Koodo either way!

I am leaving koodo shortly.im being charged overages on data when sending pictures .my pictures and are supposed to be free but it's billing me extra.i went to koodo rep and he said "oh yeh that happens a lot , there's a lot of people with the same problem."had no interest whatsoever , he cared more about texting his friends on his cell phone. I use to love koodo but now I'm leaving soon as my 7 day weeks stop@work.I even stopped paying my bill hoping they cut me off.

Looking at your bill there are no charges for picture messages Anthony. The overage is from using data via apps and internet use.

BTW Anthony, If you stop paying your bill your credit will be negatively affected. Your best to call customer support and cancel your line if you are no longer happy with koodo

Personally ive tried over a dozen times in the last 3 days to get through to 611..(check call logs) extensive wait time.. and terrible connection to "underwater elevator music"and not once have i spoke to anyone...still waiting on reply to email ive sent. I went over my data...trying to buy more. To cover. But over 340 mb? In a couple of days? ...i have had my phone about 2 years...never had a real issue. But is this what i can expect of telephone service. .ie 611?...when i need assistance. ..really?

When trying to pay my bill on line they ask for security code i give it & it won't accept it ?

You have to retry it multiple times. Happened to me last month, just had to keep starting over and over again until it decided to work
