Incorrect Plan


I registered on Black Friday with 45$ monthly plan which offered an additional 500 mb of data & 10$ credit. However when i logged in yesterday i saw that only 500MB of monthly data is available in my account.

Billing /account disputes need to be settled by contacting Koodo directly. You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter and someone will look into it.
Any other way to reach them.I am not on any social media...

You could call 611 but you could get a Twitter account for the purposes of customer service. It's a lot less invasive than Facebook and you can provide minimal info.

I believe you needed to add an add-on to get the extra 500MB. You should've been prompted to do this during checkout. Did you do this?
